This event is more than just a walk/race—it’s an opportunity for Greater Snohomish County communities to come together in support of heart health, cardiovascular improvement for women and girls, family fitness, and community engagement.
In the greater Snohomish County area, the lack of awareness and access to comprehensive cardiovascular health and wellness awareness, community support, and advocacy resources contributes to disparities in health outcomes, especially for women of color and their families.
In today’s climate community-centered wellness and empowerment activities for women, students, families, and local caregivers can offer community uplift and rippling health and wellness effects that will last well into 2026.
