About the Founder

Autrina Martindale

I started BRE because I’ve always believed in the power of community - and the importance of creating spaces where women and girls feel seen, supported, and inspired. After years of mentoring and organizing wellness programs, I realized how often people were looking for something deeper: spaces grounded in cultural relevance, healing, and real connection. BRE became my way of answering that call.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m passionate about building environments where growth, learning, and leadership can thrive - where people feel empowered to show up as their full selves. From financial literacy workshops to youth mentoring and wellness events, everything we do is designed to uplift and strengthen the communities we serve.

BRE stands for Build, Reward, Empower - and that’s the intention I carry into every program, every partnership, and every conversation. I’m proud of what we’re building together and honored by the trust our community continues to place in this work. Your presence, your voice, and your support are what make this all possible.
