Join us on October 3, 2026, for the Freedom Run Women's Health 5K 2026. This family health and wellness event is more than just a walk/run—it is an opportunity for Greater Snohomish County communities to come together in support of heart health, cardiovascular improvement for women and girls, family fitness, and community engagement. In the greater Snohomish County area, the lack of awareness and access to comprehensive cardiovascular health and wellness awareness, community support, and advocacy resources contributes to disparities in health outcomes, especially for women of color and their families. Last year, Build Reward Empower volunteers stepped in to fill the gap, positively impacting over 300 local women, students, and families. Together, with the help of our sponsors, Heart Heroes bring hearts to life ❤️through community-driven access to wellness-centered activities and programs.

In today’s climate, community-centered wellness and empowerment activities for women, students, families, and local caregivers can offer community uplift and rippling health and wellness effects that will last well into 2027.  Thank you for your ongoing support.
